This review is for the adjustable version of this product. Overall, the shelves were relatively easy to assemble. The legs were simple - there are caps for the top and the bottom, then based on your ceiling height you can choose to use the short or long middle piece. The top portion is adjustable to a wide range of heights. It took me a few attempts to find a height that worked for my ceiling, but I did manage to get it to work eventually and it feels relatively sturdy. The shelves were harder to put together and I recommend starting with the back of the shelf, because the screw holes on the sides are slightly off-center and can be put on in such a way that the back won't fit (this is intentional so that they can all fit the same length along the sides). It took me three tries to put together the first shelf because I didn't notice which side was the top/bottom at first and the issue with the sides/back, but after that I knew exactly how to finish the rest of the shelves. The clamps to put the shelves on the legs are very interesting. I recommend having a second person to help hold up the shelves as you get higher since they can be a bit heavy after having to hold them up with one hand to screw in the clamps. It does feel sturdy enough for light objects such as extra toilet paper, tissue boxes, stuff like that, but it is still pretty wobbly and I wouldn't feel comfortable loading it to its advertised maximum of 30 pounds per shelf.
