I placed Order No. 24100700988814420691 on October 7th. This order was never delivered. Today is November 7th. I received an email stating that my order was shipped out on October 8th. I began inquiring as to the status of my order on October 22nd. I have submitted multiple customer service tickets, and have yet to have my situation resolved. My order has been marked as "Delivered," but has not. I have been charged for a product I never received and been told too bad by the "Company."
